Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst' is a vital role at Heart to Heart & Associates LLC, where you will develop and implement behavioral intervention plans for clients. Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on client assessments Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve client goals Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and support techniques Stay updated on best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health

Qualifications :

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles Excellent data collection and analysis skills Compassionate communication skills for working with clients and families Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Prior experience in special education or behavioral health is preferred

Pay:

$70.00 - $85.00 per hour
