Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst' is a vital role at Heart to Heart & Associates LLC, where you will develop and implement behavioral intervention plans for clients. Located in the northern New Jersey, this position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults with special needs by applying your expertise in applied behavior analysis.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on client assessments Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve client goals Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and support techniques Stay updated on best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral healthQualifications :
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles Excellent data collection and analysis skills Compassionate communication skills for working with clients and families Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Prior experience in special education or behavioral health is preferredPay:
