Monday & Friday Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support behavioral health services through assessment, treatment planning, and staff training. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, person-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and document in FIN system Develop and implement Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs) Complete quarterly reviews and licensing assessments Perform ongoing assessments for new and existing residents Provide staff training on: Behavior strategies Positive interactions Structured routines Coping and redirection techniques Collaborate with treatment teams to adjust care plans Coordinate with psychiatrists and medical professionals Monitor and ensure proper program implementation Maintain accurate documentation and communication via FIN Advocate for resident rights and person-centered care Participate in meetings and interdisciplinary discussions Required Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification - REQUIRED Minimum 2+ years of BCBA experience (preferred) Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
