Flexible M-F Hybrid | Regional Travel to EMPOWER Locations •Voted Raleigh's Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh's Best Mental Health Services two years in a row!•Travel Expectations This role includes a variable regional travel requirement , estimated at 20%-50% per month depending on program needs. While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support EMPOWER sites : New Bern Elizabeth City Ahoskie Greenville Morehead City Wilmington All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay , and, depending on cost-effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided . You'll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance .

What You'll Do:

Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Competitive salary:

$75,000-$80,000 for this full-time exempt position. Generous paid time off and paid holidays. Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. Minimum Qualifications:

Certification:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

Licensure:

Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC.

Experience:

1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred). 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred). Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills. Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems. Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings. Ready to Apply?
