Job Description

Description The TEACH Group is a private practice out-patient pediatric therapy facility. We strive to improve the lives of children and families by providing excellent services and care. We are difference makers and confident in our ability to help families meet their goals. We provide Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral. and Psychological Services. Responsibilities Provide support to the individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. Oversee programming of Registered Behavior Technicians and provide ongoing support and supervision as it relates to the implementation and documentation of Behavior Support Plans. Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals. Document evaluation results and daily progress notes according to Policy and Procedures of The TEACH Group. Work collaboratively with team members from other disciplines. Attend and participate in weekly staff and team meetings. Qualifications/Skills Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Problem solving and planning skills Organized and detailed oriented Mission driven and service mindset Proficient in administration and interpretation of appropriate assessments for Behavior Analysis. Work Hours and Benefits Full time preferred, part-time considered In-person or hybrid opportunities available based on caseload and experience Salaried Medical, dental, vision 401 K Paid time off Continuing Education Flexible hours Education, Experience, Licensing Requirements Masters/Doctorate in Special Education or other related human services field.
