Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing behavioral intervention programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Duties
  • Conduct behavioral assessments to identify individual needs and develop treatment plans
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
  • Provides therapy for individuals with behavior challenges and various skills deficits.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards
  • Trains and supervises behavior technicians and assistant behavior analyst
  • Administers treatment programs to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other diagnoses. Skills
  • Proficiency in behavioral health and therapy techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care practices
  • Ability to conduct patient assessments effectively
  • Strong understanding of medical records management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
