Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (Also known as: Behavior Analyst, Clinical Behavior Analyst, Applied Behavior Analysis Specialist, ABA Therapist, BCBA Clinician) 1. Position Overview Seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
Schedule:
Hybrid role — 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week. 3. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans. Create and update behavior treatment plans, reviews, and assessments. Provide staff training on behavior strategies and positive support techniques. Monitor program implementation and recommend improvements. Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and healthcare professionals. Review resident progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records. Support person-centered, trauma-informed care practices. 4. Requirements Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. 5. Education Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred. Meets educational requirements for BCBA certification. 6. Certifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. 7. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing behavior treatment plans. Experience working with behavioral health populations. Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered care. Experience with electronic documentation systems.
