Compensation & Growth Total Compensation:
Competitive, based on experience (targeting up to $138K+)
Base Salary:
$95,000-$98,000 + $10,000 bonus potential each quarter! Performance-based bonus opportunities Annual merit increases Ongoing CEU opportunities and an initial 4-week Clinical Director cohort training + ongoing mentorship Clear path into senior clinical and operational leadership roles Work-Life Balance & Flexibility Hybrid schedule: Option for remote work as operations allow Paid time off plus holidays Structure designed to support both leadership and clinical responsibilities What You'll Own Clinical quality and outcomes across all client programs in the center to ensure quality and effective services Oversight of assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation Final review and approval of treatment plans prior to payer submission Clinical performance and operational metrics and ongoing program improvement Staff development, training, and supervision standards as well as RBT mentorship and assistance with RBT growth through the career path.
