What You'll Do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop custom ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs with compassion and clarity Support families with empathy and evidence-based care Track progress, celebrate milestones, and adapt plans as needed Work in a variety of home and community settings

What You'll Need:

BCBA certification Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive Strong communication skills + problem-solving mindset Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
