Role:
WonderWay ABA is looking for a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team! If you're someone who truly passionate about helping kids with Autism thrive, loves collaborating with families and RBTs, and values work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Complete assessments and write up treatment plans Supervise clients and RBTs Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed Coach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at home Keep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical team Be responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you can
What We're Looking For:
BCBA certification (must have) Master's degree in ABA or a related field At least 2 years of experience working with kids with autism (preferred) Solid telehealth/remote experience (preferred) Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing Great communication and time-management skills Able to stay organized and work independently from home

Requirements:
