Job Description
Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, provide skill acquisition training and behavior modification strategies to clients in our clinic, home environment or community in order to promote adaptive, social, and behavioral skills.
Develop, implement and regularly analyze program and behavior data.
-Communicate and collaborate with behavior therapists and related service providers on a weekly basis
Provide individual clinical supervision
Maintain documentation required to manage a client's progress and programs
Review client progress and graph/analyze data
Educate family members and caregivers regarding effective and positive intervention strategies in a home and/or community setting
Coordinate with the individual, family, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to develop strategies and goals for the individual's service plan
