Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
BCBA/LBA
to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is passionate about applied behavior analysis, skilled in clinical supervision, and eager to make a meaningful impact across diverse environments. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, training staff and families, and monitoring progress across in-home, school, and community-based settings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Skills-Based Assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP, AFLS). Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment results. Supervise and provide clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or Certified Behavior Technicians. Provide direct support and training to families, caregivers, and educators. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, therapists, and other professionals. Monitor and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and ensure effectiveness. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB and local/state licensing bodies. Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning when applicable. Travel to client homes, schools, and community sites as required.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). State LBA license (willing to help obtain for right candidate). Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services in multiple settings preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
