We're not that. Start with 2-3 clients on the side of your current job
- no minimum billables, no LBA required, just your BCBA cert and a clinical team that actually supports you when needed. One day a week in person (anywhere from Denver up through Thornton to Fort Collins), and the rest is telehealth from wherever you want. What you're walking into: Low caseloads to start (2-3 clients) RBTs who stick around
- 85% retention, so you're not re-training someone new every other month A full RBT training team handling onboarding Real case support
- people who think through hard behaviors with you instead of leaving you to figure it out alone Pay & flexibility: $70
- 100/hr, based on experience and caseload Performance reviews every 3 months, plus bonuses CEU support
