Job Overview Pioneer Pathways ABA Therapy is hiring a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Palestine, TX. We are a locally owned ABA therapy provider serving children and families in Palestine and surrounding areas. Our services may take place in our clinic, in the child's home, or in a school setting, so flexibility is very important. As an RBT, you will work directly with children with autism and developmental differences to help them build meaningful skills, increase independence, and make progress toward individualized goals. You will provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA and help create a supportive, consistent, and encouraging environment for each child. This position is a great fit for someone who is reliable, compassionate, professional, and comfortable working in multiple settings. Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Work with clients in the clinic, in homes, and in school-based settings Travel to families in Palestine and surrounding areas as needed Support skill-building in communication, social skills, play skills, school readiness, daily living skills, and independence Collect accurate data during therapy sessions Follow behavior intervention strategies with consistency and professionalism Communicate respectfully with supervisors, families, caregivers, teachers, and team members Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Participate in training, supervision, and team communication as needed Help maintain a positive, safe, and supportive therapy environment Requirements Active RBT credential through the BACB required Prior ABA experience required Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences preferred Must be comfortable providing services in clients' homes Must be comfortable providing services in clinic and school settings Must be willing to travel to surrounding areas Reliable transportation required Dependable, punctual, and professional Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt based on client needs Ability to follow treatment plans and take direction from a supervising BCBA Strong communication skills Ability to collect accurate data and follow documentation expectations Ability to pass required background checks High school diploma or equivalent required Schedule Schedule may vary depending on client needs and service location. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable working in a combination of: In-home sessions In-clinic sessions School-based sessions Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
