Registered Behavior Technician

Position Overview Redeemed Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBT to support the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis services. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients with behavioral and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct one on one ABA therapy to clients Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA Collect and record accurate data during sessions Assist in behavior reduction and skill building interventions Maintain clear and timely documentation of services provided Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding client progress Follow all clinical ethical and organizational guidelines

Qualifications:

Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician RBT or willingness to obtain certification High school diploma required associate or bachelor's degree preferred Experience working with individuals with behavioral health or developmental needs preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow treatment plans and work under supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in outpatient or community based settings Experience with behavioral health or autism services Familiarity with documentation requirements for Medicaid or commercial insurance

Compensation:

Competitive hourly or contract rate based on experience Flexible scheduling

Additional Information:

This role will work under the supervision of a BCBA and is an essential part of building and delivering ABA services at Redeemed Wellness Center This position may expand as the program grows.

Pay:

$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
