Founded by an ABA Professional with hands-on clinical experience , Smilestone ABA was created with a clear mission: to provide consistent, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services that truly support both clients and their families. This practice is grounded in real-world experience—not just theory—and is focused on meaningful progress for clients and families. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative remote BCBA to join us during this foundational stage and grow with the company. Position Details Job Type:

Part-Time with opportunity to grow to full-time (we are in the credentialing phase)

Location:

Remote This role will begin during our credentialing phase, where you will assist in payer credentialing, as we grow, we can collaborate on policies and procedures. Responsibilities Assist with or provide guidance during the insurance credentialing and intake process Support the development of clinical systems, documentation, and workflows during the startup phase Collaborate on establishing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery Provide clinical supervision for RBTs Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) Develop and update individualized treatment plans Provide parent training and support Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services Collaborate on clinical structure and program development Provide input on scheduling, service structure, and clinical operations as the practice grows Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and clinical standards during initial setup Requirements Active BCBA certification required Must reside in GA or within a 50-mile radius of the Georgia state border Must hold a Georgia License LBA or be willing to obtain. Applicants within a 50-mile radius of Georgia are also eligible, as per payer requirements Experience working with children diagnosed with autism Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a flexible environment Compensation $75-$95 per hour (based on experience) LBA Licensure fees reimbursed after six months of employment.
