Category Schools - BCBA - Tele Job Type Contract Position Snapshot A school district in the greater Dayton, Ohio region is partnering with VocoVision to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, fully remote assignment during the 2026-2027 school year. This role centers around RBT supervision, behavior planning, and team collaboration, making it a strong fit for BCBAs who prefer a consultative, oversight-focused position. What This Role Looks Like Provide remote supervision for 3 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Review and support implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure student success Offer guidance and recommendations on behavioral strategies and interventions Assist in refining behavioral supports based on student progress and data Maintain communication with school teams while working in a virtual setting Who This Is Ideal For Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience supervising RBTs or behavior support staff Familiarity with school-based behavioral services Comfortable working in a fully remote / teletherapy environment Strong communication skills for virtual collaboration
