Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Bunkie, LA

Category Schools - BCBA - Tele Job Type Contract This position involves providing board-certified behavior analysis services through teletherapy for a school setting. The role includes supervising three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across the district and collaborating with educators to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver teletherapy BCBA services tailored to individual student needs. Supervise and mentor a caseload of three RBTs, ensuring adherence to behavioral intervention plans (BIPs). Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement therapy goals and strategies effectively. Participate in ongoing team meetings and parent consultations. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Experience providing teletherapy services preferred. Proven skills in supervising RBTs and managing caseloads. Strong knowledge of behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data collection. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators and families. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
