Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and possess strong patient assessment skills. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing behavior intervention plans to support individuals with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards. Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to coordinate care. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of client progress in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with other healthcare providers. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis. Advocate for clients' needs within educational settings, ensuring appropriate support is provided. Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices related to behavioral therapy. Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with medical terminology. Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments effectively. Experience in special education settings is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
