Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis The following qualifications are required: Experience with the theory and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
The following qualifications are preferred:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)•or on track to become certified. Experience in the field of Mental Health or Education. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Dedicating a minimum of two hours per week of direct or indirect supervision/observation per client. This time includes observations across settings, updating Behavior Support Plans, engaging in data analysis, attending team meetings and providing direct supervision to Behavior Instructors. Designing, implementing, and revising individual Behavior Support Plans and conducting ongoing functioning behavioral assessments through collaboration with the Director, Behavior Instructor, and school-based team members. Using ABA in the design, creation, and implementation of interventions for both students and staff. Applying principles of behavior analysis in day-to-day work with students through modeling, assessment, sessions, and consultation. Providing crisis support as needed. Supervising and coaching Behavior Instructors to ensure that behavior plans and interventions are being implemented with fidelity. Expenses for classes related to ABA can be discussed for the right candidate.
