Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA - Tele Job Type All Job Types Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with expertise in telehealth and onsite services to support educational settings in Norwalk, CT. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs within schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior plans that promote positive outcomes. Provide direct consultation and support to educators and staff via telehealth platforms and in-person. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification with experience in both telehealth and onsite school settings. Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with educators, families, and clinical teams. Ability to utilize technology effectively for telehealth service delivery. Skilled in data collection, analysis, and behavior plan adjustments based on empirical evidence. Knowledge of school-based policies and procedures related to behavior support.
