Mentor and lead Behavioral Consultants (staff and contractors) Teach and reinforce key competencies (positive behavior support, trauma‑informed care, person‑centered practices) Helpbuild and grow theBC programthrough planning, collaboration, and innovation Oversee documentation quality, audit readiness, and compliance Represent SSVA inDBHDS roundtables, professional organizations, and training.
