Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Embark on an impactful opportunity as a Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst, supporting students and staff with specialized supervision services. This part-time, contract position is designed for skilled professionals looking to make a difference from anywhere, with flexible scheduling and a focused caseload. Starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year—with the potential to extend into summer session—you'll collaborate remotely, lending your expertise where it's needed most.
Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Active Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license (required) Previous experience in schools or educational settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable providing services remotely via secure virtual platforms
Responsibilities:
Deliver supervision-only BCBA services for a school-based caseload Commit to approximately 2 hours per week (8 hours per month), offering guidance to on-site staff and behavior teams Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all professional guidelines and reporting requirements Support student programs, staff development, and compliance with individualized behavior interventions Participate in virtual meetings and consultations as needed
