Job Description

Join Our Team as a BCBA or BCaBA! Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental and behavioral needs? What You'll Do As a BCBA or BCaBA, you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals develop essential skills and achieve their goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating individualized treatment plans. Providing direct ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies. Collecting and recording accurate data to track client progress. Supervising BT's and RBT's with skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and behavior regulation. Monitoring client progress towards behavior reduction using approved intervention techniques. Following all clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines. Communicating effectively with caregivers and team members. Maintaining timely and accurate session documentation. What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and eager to make a difference. Here's what you'll need to join our team: Qualifications BS/MS Degree and certification BCBA or BCaBA certification Ability to pass a background check and meet Medicaid requirements. Living within 25 miles of the South Carolina boarder to meet medicaid location rule. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow structured plans and accept feedback. Patience, reliability, and professionalism. Basic data collection and technology skills. Work Environment & Supervision Our services are delivered in dynamic settings, including schools, homes, and community environments. Clinical oversight is maintained by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinicial Director ensuring you have the support and guidance you need to succeed. Why Join Us?
