Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field. Must hold a current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Knowledge of IDEA and special education regulations Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and emotional/behavioral disabilities Ability to train teachers, paraprofessionals, and RBTs Crisis intervention and positive behavior support planning Strong written communication for evaluation reports and IEP documentation What is our culture?
