Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Based in South Carolina, Serving North Carolina This role is ideal for BCBAs living in South Carolina — particularly in the Charlotte metro area, York County, and surrounding border communities — who are looking to deliver services across our growing North Carolina caseload. You will be working with clients throughout North Carolina, including the Charlotte metro, Triad, Triangle, and surrounding regions. Proximity to the NC border is a plus, and we welcome candidates open to cross-state service delivery. What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out Manageable caseloads — intentionally capped so you can deliver quality care without burning out Best-in-class RBT staffing support so your time stays focused on clinical leadership Minimal administrative burden — our operations team handles the backend so you don't have to Flexible scheduling including in-home, clinic-based, and hybrid service delivery options Full clinical autonomy — your expertise drives treatment, with no micromanagement Direct access to experienced ABA leadership who understand the demands of your work A defined career growth path — BCBAs at Blossom regularly advance into Clinical Director roles Compensation & Benefits $85,000 - $105,000+ annually — top-of-market pay that honors your credentials and experience Sign-on bonus opportunities for qualified candidates Performance-based bonuses tied to your clinical impact Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays so you can recharge and show up at your best CEU reimbursement to fuel your professional growth Fast-track leadership advancement as we scale across the Carolinas Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behavioral evaluations to design targeted, individualized treatment plans for clients in North Carolina Develop, implement, and continuously refine evidence-based ABA programs tailored to each client's goals Provide skilled supervision and mentorship to RBTs delivering services in home and community settings across NC Build strong partnerships with families through meaningful parent training and caregiver coaching Analyze client progress data regularly and adjust programming to drive the best possible outcomes Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in accordance with NC Medicaid and insurance standards Required Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Must hold or be eligible for licensure in North Carolina (NC LBA license or ability to obtain one) Hands-on experience delivering ABA therapy in home-based, clinic-based, or community settings Strong behavioral assessment, data analysis, and individualized treatment planning skills Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families, and teams Preferred Qualifications Located in the SC/NC border region (Fort Mill, Rock Hill, York County, or Charlotte metro area) Proven experience supervising and developing RBTs or BCaBAs Familiarity with NC Medicaid billing, documentation, and compliance requirements Drive to grow into a Clinical Director or senior leadership position North Carolina's children deserve world-class ABA care — and world-class clinicians deserve a company that truly invests in them.
