Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active BCBA certification Proven experience in hands-on ABA therapy Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Capable of conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Skilled in supporting students with coping and de-escalation strategies Willingness to provide in-home services is a plus, but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective behavioral strategies across various settings Conduct assessments, design and monitor BIPs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families Provide staff training and consultative support Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
