Job Description

About Us Since 2008, Chrysalis Autism Center has provided high-quality, early-intervention ABA therapy for young children with autism. We value teamwork, learning, and mentorship. Our team is small, supportive, and focused on doing ABA the right way. What You'll Do Work directly with our BCBAs every day Earn supervised experience hours toward BCBA/BCaBA requirements Help complete skill assessments and gather clinical data Assist with writing treatment plans and behavior plans Train and support RBTs during program implementation Participate in program management, session prep, and progress reviews Learn how ABA programs are designed, monitored, and adjusted What We Offer Competitive compensation at $24-28/hour Guaranteed weekly hours (no canceled shifts) Hands-on training with experienced BCBAs A supportive clinic environment where you'll actually learn the full clinical process Opportunities to grow into Senior RBT and future BCBA roles Flexible scheduling that works with school commitments Who You Are Currently enrolled in or recently completed an accredited Master's degree program in behavior analysis or a related field Committed to pursuing your BCBA or BCaBA certification Passionate about working with young children and families, including those affected by autism or other developmental disabilities Skilled at collecting, organizing, and analyzing behavioral data accurately and efficiently Knowledgeable about HIPAA regulations and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality A clear and compassionate communicator, both verbally and in writing Familiar with medical terminology, records management, and documentation standards Reliable, collaborative, and eager to grow within a team-oriented environment What We Offer No weekends, consistent weekday schedule PTO and paid holidays (choice of 62 hours holiday pay OR 3% company retirement match) $6,000 annual bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Tuition discounts Discounted Planet Fitness memberships Annual scrub stipend Professional development workshops and quarterly trainings Team-building events and staff socials Hourly position with guaranteed minimum weekly hours Paid training In-clinic position
