Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. The BCBA will support students with behavioral and developmental needs by providing assessment, intervention, and consultation services within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Train and support staff on behavior management strategies Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of special education laws and best practices
