Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district and make a meaningful impact on student success. This is a full-time, onsite position for the current school year.

Elementary Responsibilities Include:

Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Providing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams Progress monitoring, data analysis, and documentation Collaborating with IEP teams and participating in meetings as needed

Requirements:

Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills
