ABA Therapist

About Us Palmetto Behavioral Services LLC. is a growing clinic-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Our mission is to equip families with the tools they need to flourish within their communities. We are seeking passionate, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team! Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior throughout each session. Support the development of communication, social, daily living, and academic skills. Follow behavior intervention plans to decrease challenging behaviors and teach replacement skills. Prepare materials and create a structured, engaging learning environment. Communicate client progress and concerns with the supervising BCBA. Provide support and modeling to families/caregivers as directed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) (preferred, or willingness to obtain). Experience working with children, individuals with autism, or developmental disabilities (preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Must pass background check and any state/funding requirements. Benefits RBT course sequence and bi-annual recertification. Competitive pay based on experience and certification.
