Job Description

About us Spectrum Matters provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Watertown, SD. This position we are looking for someone to service Watertown, SD in their home, center/clinic, and in the community with our clients. We are rewarding, fun and supportive.

Spectrum Matters is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children with autism and their families. The ideal candidate is compassionate about making meaningful change with each child they service, provides a positive learning environment, and has an upbeat personality.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, and community based environments Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA. Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plan. Follows privacy and HIPAA Regulations and Laws. Follows the code of ethics outlined by the BACB. Build a rapport with children to make meaningful change in their lives. Implement trauma-informed care ABA therapy.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
