Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
: Providing Behavior Analyst services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by the (BCBA) Behavior Analyst Licensing Board, & (DDA) Department of Disabilities and Aging. Responsibilities include training staff; coordinating behavior support services for supported individuals; writing functional assessments, writing BSP/Behavior Support Plans, CSMRs/Clinical Service Monthly Reviews, writing goals/outcomes for PCSPs/Person Center Support Plans, and maintaining records .
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
:
  • Complete Behavior Analyst justifications for approval for BA services
  • Monitor to ensure BSP training and implemented within 30 days after completion of BSAR
  • Review completion of BSP's, Risk Assessments, CSMR's and ensure they are submitted to ISC 90 days prior to annual ISP
  • Attend PCSPs/(COS) Circle of Support meetings
  • Ensure (CSMR) Clinical Service Monthly Reports and (CSQR's) Clinical Service Quarterly Repots are submitted and filed by the 18th monthly
  • Complete assigned Q/A (quality assurance) duties assigned by Assistant Director (monitoring to ensure documents required by DDA are current)
  • Assist supportive living staff with coordination of social activities for Supportive Individual with a Group activity calendar for MCK's supported persons.
  • Provide BCBA supports to a caseload
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Basic knowledge of nutrition, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene and first aid.
  • Skills in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to teach individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to read documents and write instructions.
  • Ability to write and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, and lift to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ability to use a telephone.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain a patient and positive attitude.
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Skills in administering CPR and First Aid.
  • Ability to read and understand the regulatory requirements.
  • Review Person Center Support Plan and implement it.
  • Review BSP and implement. Train staff as required.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Skills in team management.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING A
master's degree with a minimum of Two years' experience in working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Also be licensed by BCBA as a BCBA, or
BCABA. A
current and valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required. Valid Vehicle insurance. •

Pay:
$72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
