Clinic Opener/RBT Floater Pay:
$20-$22 per hour
Schedule:
part time 1:00 PM- 6:30 PM Monday-Friday About us Know Boundaries is a clinician owned practice currently providing services in Middle Tennessee. Our mission is to not only provide exceptional services and endless opportunities for our clients, but our fellow clinicians as well. With the help of our behavior analysts and behavior technicians we offer specialized behavior therapy services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Position Summary The Clinic Closer/RBT Floater plays a dual role, supporting both administrative clinic operations and direct client care. This position ensures the clinic runs smoothly throughout the day by managing front-office responsibilities, maintaining organization, and providing coverage for client sessions as needed. Key ResponsibilitiesClinic & Administrative Support Close the clinic according to scheduled hours Greet and assist clients and families Manage clinic calendar, scheduling support, and capacity tracking Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments Coordinate shipping and receiving of company devices (e.g., iPads) Complete I-9 and employment verification (E-Verify) for new hires Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and inventory Monitor and restock clinic supplies as needed Operational & Clinical Support Provide RBT session coverage during staff absences, breaks, or call-outs Assist BCBAs in maintaining efficient daily clinic operations Conduct competency assessments as assigned Support safe and structured client environments Perform additional duties as needed to support clinic success Minimum Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Minimum of 1 year of RBT experience High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to bend, squat, sit on the floor, and stand for extended periods Ability to move quickly (including brisk walking or running) to ensure client safety Technical Skills Basic proficiency with technology, including: Tablets (e.g., iPads) Email and document management Virtual meeting platforms Google Drive and other online systems Word processing and file organization Benefits 401(k) Mileage Reimbursement Referral program Opportunities for career advancement

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
