We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As an RBT, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement personalized behavior plans that promote positive growth and independence. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and other essential self-care skills Support teaching strategies that promote communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors in children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding clients' medical records and personal information Collaborate with team members to develop and update care plans tailored to each client's needs Foster a positive, engaging environment that encourages learning, patience, and growth for all clients Requirements Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies Ability to assist with ADLs and implement teaching methods effectively in various settings Strong data collection skills to track client progress accurately during sessions Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management is a plus Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and families effectively Ability to adhere to confidentiality standards outlined by HIPAA regulations A compassionate attitude combined with patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for helping others succeed Join us in creating impactful change through dedicated care and innovative behavioral interventions!
