Full Job Description Position Summary:

•Community RBT Position providing in home and/or in school services•The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT implements individualized treatment plans, collects data, and provides direct intervention to improve clients' skills in communication, socialization, and daily living.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinical, home, school, and community settings. Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as outlined by the BCBA. Accurately record session data and document client progress. Assist in developing and implementing behavioral goals and skill acquisition programs. Provide feedback to families and caregivers on therapy sessions while maintaining professionalism. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and Inspire Learn Grow's policies. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred). Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire. Prior experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Ability to pass a background check and any state-required screenings.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 25 lbs. and engage in active play with children. Ability to stand, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
