Apply today to learn more about how you can become an RBT with us at Guided Paths. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children and adults with behavioral health needs. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes through applied behavior analysis techniques. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Provide direct patient care to children, focusing on behavior management and skill acquisition. Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Assist in developing and maintaining medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote learning and development. Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce behavioral strategies at home. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting positive behavior changes. Experience Previous experience in behavioral therapy or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles is highly desirable. Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral challenges. Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices is beneficial. Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data protection. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
