Job Description

Job Overview At Steadfast ABA, we believe that meaningful progress starts with compassionate, ethical, and individualized care. We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinic-based team serving children with autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing caregiver training, and collaborating with interdisciplinary providers to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. Conduct initial assessments and re-assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment results and medical necessity. Analyze client data regularly and make treatment modifications as clinically indicated. Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB and payer requirements. Conduct caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across environments. Monitor treatment fidelity and provide performance feedback to direct care staff. Complete all required clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, supervision notes, progress reports, and reauthorization reports, within established timelines. Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals involved in the client's care. Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA regulations, and funding source requirements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture centered on compassionate care and clinical excellence. Skills Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Active Tennessee licensure (LBA) or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred. Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with electronic data collection and documentation systems.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
