Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Description Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This role is a great fit for students or early-career professionals who are passionate about working with children and families. Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$20-$24 per hour as starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or

Learn more about our referral program here: https://www.carryontherapy.com/referral-program Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress Collaborate with families and clinical team members Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications Active RBT certification or interest in working toward certification High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred) Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful but not required Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Why Carry On Therapy We understand the importance of balance, mentorship, and realistic expectations—especially for students and those new to the field.
