Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity that makes a measurable difference in students' lives while lending your expertise in behavior analysis. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a dynamic, grant-dependent part-time assignment spanning the upcoming academic year. Bringing your expertise to this supportive school setting offers you the chance to guide and empower special education teachers while supporting positive behavioral outcomes for students. This part-time contract encompasses two days per week, totaling 14 hours, from August 3, 2026, through May 26, 2027. In this flexible and meaningful role, you'll provide supplemental behavioral support and lend supervision to special education teachers pursuing emergency certification for Functional Behavior Assessments. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to: Oversee and mentor educators in the process of conducting FBAs Carry out behavioral observations and develop or revise BIPs, as needed and as time allows Deliver expert guidance on behavioral strategies, ensuring school teams are prepared to meet diverse student needs Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff, contributing your professional insight to foster a positive school environment Keep thorough documentation in accordance with established standards and compliance guidelines What we're seeking: Active BCBA certification Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred Confident working with special education professionals and providing clinical supervision Comprehensive knowledge of observation protocols, FBAs, and behavior intervention planning Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities If you thrive on flexibility and value purposeful work, this grant-dependent contract is your opportunity to make a significant impact while supporting school staff and students.
