Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Sign-On Bonus Available Blossom ABA believes that exceptional care begins with exceptional clinicians. Compensation and Schedule :
Full-time and part-time positions available Salary range: $70,000-$100,000 Bonus pay opportunities Flexible scheduling
BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs Ensure program effectiveness and client progress Provide case-specific training and supervision to Behavior Technicians Coordinate and evaluate staff efforts aligned with
IEP/IFSP
goals Collect, analyze, and manage client data Maintain accurate daily documentation and progress reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
