Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time | Home & School-Based ABA Services Leaps and Bounds ABA is a locally owned and operated ABA provider founded and managed by a practicing BCBA. We are committed to providing exceptional clinical care while maintaining manageable caseloads, meaningful supervision, and a healthy work-life balance for our team. Unlike some larger providers, we prioritize quality over quantity. Our BCBAs enjoy reasonable billable expectations, strong clinical support, and the flexibility to create schedules that work for their lives. We are currently seeking a Full-Time BCBA to provide services to clients in home and school settings throughout the Smyrna, La Vergne, Brentwood, and Antioch areas. Why Join Leaps and Bounds ABA? Competitive salary (based on experience and billable hours) Flexible scheduling with the ability to create your own schedule Full-time caseloads based on approximately 20-25 billable/client-facing hours per week Option for up to one day of telehealth supervision per week 15 days Paid Time Off (PTO) 8 Paid holidays Medical benefits 401(k) with company match CEU reimbursement and professional development opportunities Supportive leadership from practicing BCBAs Emphasis on work-life balance and clinical quality No Weekend work Position Responsibilities Provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and progress evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Train, supervise, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and long-term success Review treatment effectiveness, analyze data, monitor client progress, and make programming recommendations Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care Qualifications Current BCBA certification and Tennessee LBA (or eligibility to obtain licensure) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field Ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas CPR certification (preferred) Safety Care or CPI training (preferred) Ability to engage in physical activities associated with working with children, including sitting on the floor, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, and participating in activities such as running, jumping, and squatting Future BCBAs Welcome If you have recently completed your master's program or are preparing to sit for the BCBA examination, we encourage you to apply.
