Location:
South Nashville, Antioch, La Vergne, Smyrna, TN Hours:
Full-time, 30-40 hours/week We provide our RBT's with a guaranteed minimum schedule after completion of initial 90-day probationary period. Additionally, salaried RBT positions are available after 12 months of working with us. Leaps and Bounds ABA is a BCBA owned , home and school based ABA provider . What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism in home, school, and community settings Accurately collect and record data using our electronic data collection system Collaborate with parents, supervisors, teachers, and other team members Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and treatment plan goals created by your supervising BCBA Document daily progress notes after each session Participate in ongoing staff training and team meetings

Job Requirements HS Diploma or Associate's Degree RBT Certification required Must pass a criminal background check Must be available to work some after school sessions, 3-5 days per week Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (specifically ASD) highly preferred CPR (preferred) Safety Care/CPI Trained (preferred) Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed and ability to engage in physical activities such as running, jumping, etc. Ability to sit on the floor and get up and down, as well as being able to stand for extended periods of time.
