We are expanding across Tennessee and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team. Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Compensation & Schedule Full-Time:

35-40 hours/week

Part-Time:

10-20 hours/week Flexible shifts available Services provided in person throughout Tennessee Skills & Qualifications Current RBT certification required- Registered on the BACB Registry High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience working with children preferred (not required) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ready to join a dedicated team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of children?
