The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the supervisor. The RBT may also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments (e.g., stimulus preference assessments). The RBT does not design intervention or assessment plans. It is the responsibility of the designated RBT supervisor to determine which tasks an RBT may perform as a function of his or her training, experience, and competence. The designated RBT supervisor is ultimately responsible for the work performed by the RBT. If you are not certfied we will train to get your RBT credential. During training you start at $13.50 an hr Be 18 years old Have a high School or High education Pass 40 hr. training based on the RBT task List given by the Behavior Analyst certification Board Must pass the RBT exam given by the BACB Board You get 3 opportunities to pass exam We pay for the exam and once certified pay increase after certification Adhere to Ethical Guidelines based on

code of Ethics Lift 50lbs or more Working with clients who are on the autism spectrum disorder implementing the behavior intervention plan created by the behavior analyst (BCBA).
