Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Adult Day Program Austin, TX

  • On-site About the Role Join a person-centered day program where ABA meets real life.
We support adults with disabilities in building communication, social, vocational, and independent living skills — all within small group settings with a 1:4 staff-to-client ratio. As our BCBA, you'll own the clinical picture: assessments, individualized programming, RBT supervision, and behavior intervention planning when needed. What You'll Do Conduct intake assessments using EFL, AFLS, and other clinical tools Develop individualized skill acquisition programs and behavior plans Complete FBAs and BMPs as needed Design data sheets, visuals, and materials to bring plans to life Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity Train staff in data collection, prompting, reinforcement, and behavior reduction protocols Collaborate with caregivers, guardians, and outside providers Complete progress and treatment plan updates every 6 months What You Bring Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA certification (in good standing) Current Texas Behavior Analyst License (in good standing) Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred Current CPR/First Aid Strong coaching and collaboration skills Reliable transportation Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
