Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract A rewarding, full-time opportunity awaits for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or an experienced behavioral support professional ready to create meaningful impact within a dynamic school-based setting for the 2026-2027 school year. Collaborating with a dedicated team of educators and specialists, you will play an integral role in students' daily lives, guiding their academic achievements and supporting positive behavioral and social-emotional growth.
Your responsibilities include:
Delivering instructional, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance to students in classroom and 1:1 settings Assisting with classroom activities, routines, and transitions Implementing behavior intervention strategies and individualized student support plans Supporting positive student engagement and active participation Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and administrators to optimize student success Helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Experience in a school, ABA, behavioral health, or related support setting CPI certification, Safety-Care training, or strong de-escalation skills (preferred) Current or previous RBT certification (a plus) Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team A dependable, patient, and adaptable approach Genuine passion for assisting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs This full-time contract role offers competitive hourly pay of $20-$26 per hour, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
