Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a real difference each day by providing crucial support to students as a Paraprofessional or Behavioral Health Assistant in a dynamic school environment near College Station, TX. This contract position offers the chance to help students build key academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills, either as part of a classroom team or through dedicated 1:1 assistance. As a valued school team member, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive. Key Qualifications:
Experience in educational, ABA, or behavioral support settings is preferred CPI certification or de-escalation training is strongly desired Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, current or former, is highly valued Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion, patience, and flexibility are essential Ability to work effectively in a team, with a student-centered focus
Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral and instructional support for students, in classrooms or individually Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to implement support plans Assist with academic tasks, social-emotional learning, and behavioral interventions Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment Support data collection and progress monitoring as directed

Compensation is competitive, with hourly rates between $21 and $27, based on experience.
