Job Description

Overview Special Effects Behavioral Services (SEBS) is a private, for-profit group dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to individuals aged 2 to 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the convenience of their home. Utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within a 1:1 client-to-therapist ratio, SEBS designs individualized educational plans to promote functional skills and address challenging behaviors. SEBS's led by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), ensures a comprehensive, science-based approach to education and behavioral interventions. SEBS is renowned for its client-centered focus, also offering community outings activities, caregiver training, after school sessions, and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities This is a full-time and part-time role located in the Dallas area, TX, for a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician. In this role, candidates will provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services under the direction and supervision of a BCBA.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing individualized behavior plans. Collecting and analyzing data to track progress, assisting with curriculum goals, and fostering skill acquisition. Supporting Clients' communication and personal development while maintaining professionalism and respect are integral to this position. Qualifications BTs/RBTS who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals diagnosed with autism. 18 years or older Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and the professional team High school diploma or higher Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification Valid drivers license/reliable transportation
Pay:
$18.00 - $29.31 per hour
