Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with their Texas state license (LBA) to join our clinical team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
Position Summary:
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and parent training for clients receiving ABA services. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, excellent communicator, and committed advocate for high-quality, ethical care.

Schedule:
Full-time / Part-time opportunities available Clinic, home, school, and hybrid service settings, depending on caseload needs
Compensation:
$43.27 per hour
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff. Analyze client progress data and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide parent and caregiver training to support client success across environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and healthcare providers. Ensure services comply with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active state licensure (if required). Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining quality care. Proficiency with electronic medical records and data collection systems.
