Position Overview:
We're looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Autism Technicians (BCATs) to join our dynamic team. These roles involve direct interaction and support for children with ASD under the supervision of our BCaBAs and BCBAs. You'll play a crucial role in implementing treatment plan and working closely with families to support our clients' developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and support children in learning and personal growth activities. Implement BIPs under supervision, ensuring effective treatment delivery. Participate in assessments and prepare reports with team support. Provide feedback and progress updates to families. Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain high standards of care. Contribute to a positive, enriching environment for our clients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred. Certification as an
RBT/BCAT.
Previous experience in clinical environment is a plus. A passion for working with children and a commitment to excellence.
